Okay, so all I remember is that there was a few teenagers and mermaids. The movie was in color, and a scene I remember is a boy wheeling a mermaid out to the sea in a hospital bed (ones you see in ambulances) and I’m pretty sure she got caught in a fish net. I don’t know if it was a movie or a show.
