I answered a similar question before here a long time back. No reply from it. That happens in Will Success Spoil Rock Hunter, except for the naked part.
Here is the scene. it doesn’t show the aftermath. He might have been naked from the waist up. I just remember his clothes were ripped off, disheveled. it was certainly more than just a few women chasing him though.
