A man is harassed by several young women but he is able to chase them away!  Later, the women return and tear off his jacket, shirt, and tie, leaving him naked from the waist up.  Movie was made in the 1950s or 60s and is a comedy!

1960s movie.  Color.  A man is hounded by several young female fans who had to be chased away.  Later, at a different location, he is assaulted by the same group of young ladies who proceed to tear off his coat, shirt, and tie for souvenirs, before running off and leaving him shirtless and bewildered.
