I watched this on my laptop many years ago (definitely before 2017). It’s an English film (could be US/UK/Australian). Had a small-town high school vibe. I remember the plot really clearly:

• Begins with a girl, her boyfriend, and three friends driving in a roofless/convertible car, taking pictures and having fun.
• Later, the girl and her best friend go to a bar/club-like place. It gets drugged , the main girl is sexually assaulted/raped.
• The best friend spreads a rumor that the girl is a prostitute who sleeps with older men. The whole school believes it.
• Her boyfriend breaks up with her and starts dating the ex-best friend. The guy is on the swim team.
• also guy finds out the best friend has been cheating on him with his bestfriend
• A recording happens in a locker/locker room where the truth comes out — someone secretly records the friend exposing the lie or admitting it.
• At a bonfire near the end, the recording is revealed publicly, everyone hears it, and her name is cleared.
• The attackers/people responsible are caught at the end.
• Main girl had darker hair, the ex-best friend was blonde.

This movie stuck with me, but I can’t remember the title no matter what I search.

It is NOT “Speak.”
