So I don’t remember much at all about this movie; just premise and fragments of scenes. It may have even just been some kind of TV special. It’s about a monster boy who’s family keeps him in the basement. They fed him raw meat. It may have been his dad or step-dad he didn’t like, might have attacked and killed him towards end. At one point in the movie he gets free and surprises his mom at a hospital, but I may have just mixed that memory up with a scene from “The Fly”. Pretty sure he gets free and gunned down though.  Sorry for how vague this description is, this movie really scared me as a kid.
