Last time I saw this movie was in the 90’s. From what I remember this rich widow is being taken care of by a man and a woman. And they are plotting to steal her money. The widow is either hallucinating or being drugged. She starts seeing things. The scene that I can remember. The widow is about to have sex with the male caretaker in her dream But he turns into a slimy skeleton.
“Paranoia” (1969)? Umberto Lenzi directed this starring Carroll Baker but made another movie with the same title which is a little confusing.
