A man is trying to live a normal life after being in some kind of trouble with the law ? He goes to a small town, it seems like somewhere outside of Vegas. the town is run by a corrupt leader who takes the people’s money that he has taxed them for to keep the towns people down and under his control. He is a drug trafficker who makes his routine trip to collect his drug money across the desert. The new man that came to town, tries to get to the corrupt leader who is protected by his men. He then finds a job with a construction company working on the road. He follows the man when he takes his routine trip to collect his money. He goes out and digs up the road and places a painted road paper over the hole. When the drug leader drops in the hole the man tortured him and his men in their armored vehicle. Eventually killing them and burying the vehicle under the road and repaved the road.
