I was visiting a neighbor’s house and saw this scene on his TV.
A blonde woman with long 80’s curls, dressed in what I believe was a black leather bodysuit was chained to a wall: arms above her head, feet spread below her. She was shouting to someone off-screen.
We were having a conversation with this neighbor as the scene progressed, so I believe it was on TV and not a VHS that he could pause. That said, I don’t recall any commercials.
