So I’ve had this vague memory of a movie I saw on cable once years and years and years ago. I’ve often wondered what it was and I’m starting to think maybe I just imagined it…

There was a young woman who lived with her mother. She was very sheltered; very innocent, wore very dowdy clothes. She meets a man at some point and I remember her sewing a sexy red outfit to go and meet him somewhere. They end up hooking up. The mother finds out and then she kills him. I think that she may have been a witch? I remember the daughter finding him bleeding or almost dead or something?

Any ideas?

I’m sure it’s a horrible movie and nothing like I remember, but at least the mystery will be solved!
