There was a Disney/Nickelodeon/CartoonNetwork (I believe original) movie that came out on Halloween sometime in the mid 2000s. I remember very little about it, aside from a few plot points and scenes. I know it was in English, and I definitely watched it in color on TV. First of all, the main plot was that there was a giant white monster that came out on Halloween and kidnapped town members. One such town member was a pizza man who was delivering to a house. I remember the monster hitting his car and the pizza guy laughing and thinking it was a joke. The monster then pulled him out his car window. The monster put all of the kidnapped people into large sacs in a cave underground. I believe a young teenage girl was the main character and rescued everyone in the end. Now I know this movie exists, but none of my friends seem to remember it, and I cant find it anywhere no matter how hard I look. Please help me find it!
