I was watching a movie (in 2015) on TV a long time ago and there was a moment where a woman was sitting in a chair and her feet were in stocks or something like that but they were fixed and two bearded men who looked like hobos came up to her and one of them took her socks and pulled them up and cut them open releasing half of the foot, and then he grabbed the foot, probably for a massage, as I remember they wanted to interrogate her and I think she was wearing a pink sweater, I’m not sure, the movie was like a comedy, and this girl was one of the characters that got in trouble. the movie was looking old but released in 2000+ probably
