*cartoon* late 90’s early 2000’s movie. Scene at the start where a silhouette of I think an evil woman walking past the windows of a house (a very posh looking one) in the rain about to kill the woman asleep inside, another scenei think is when a male is walking on stepping stones to get to a house and they do potions inside of it I think! Was a very long time ago i watched this but it is irratating me!
