I need help to find the movie name. It is most like late 80s or early 90s…where a mafia don or drug lord gets a ex-cop or hires him for something. The cop gets involved with the don’s wife and they have steamy affair…the movie did have some steamy scenes between the two. The actress in the movie is either hispanic or some sort…

It may not have A list stars…it would be more like B grade or a TV movie..

Let me try to recollect a scene..
the ex-cop is at the palatial house of the mafia and his climbs down the stairs in a sexy dress…that there first meeting! the wife is kind of unhappy with husband etc. etc
they also have an elaborate love scene in the house of the ex-cop
