Okay, so I have this vague memory of this movie I saw around 2006ish – however I believe the film was a few years older.

It is a foreign film, French, if I remember what my media studies teacher said.

The film has a man called, One, he is very simple and doesn’t speak a lot. I think he is involved with some bad guys and is sent to deliver this young girl to this underground city, or maybe he was sent to free her, I don’t remember what his job with this girl was.

I do clearly remember a scene of them both in a boat, the man ia rowing and they’re talking to each other, while going th4this big dark blue and black covern.

We didn’t watch the entire film, not even half of it, but I’ve been dying to see it since the class I saw the start in.
