I’m trying to remember a movie, but I think I’m getting two movies mixed up together. They are both scary, haunted house movies.

In one, I remember a little girl who thinks she has a sister, but it’s a little girl ghost. Her mother has moved into a home that was a hotel but is being sold, and in the climax she is trying to find her daughter in a pool on the property. And whenever people try to leave the property they are injured or killed.

The other scene is when a boy is hiding in a cupboard that leads to secret parts of the home and someone is looking for him, and there’s a toy or doll that makes noise and reveals his hiding spot. I believe he has a sister, as well.
