…around him into pretty much anything

This is frustrating me to no end.

There is this movie that I saw back in 99-early 00’s where this guy grows a lump in the back of his head (maybe implanted by the government, aliens?) that allows him to control the physical properties of objects around him as well as create things out of nowhere. It’s all animated, I believe originally in English, color, and the most memorable scene (at least for me being a hormone-driven young person at the time of viewing it) was of this man and his wife having sex, but he keeps using his new ability to change her into different things. I believe some of those things are a cowgirl, multiple girls, and then for some reason I remember possibly something of either another species or extraterrestrial entirely.

I have found the title before, a couple years ago, so I know this movie exists and that I’m not crazy. I was just stupid enough to not write it down at the time I came across it *face palm*.
