I have been trying to remember the title of a film or programme I saw on tv years ago where some children heard a ringing outside a bedroom window and saw a girl with big eyes staring at the window holding up a ring but then throwing it away. Some other scenes include seein this person or ghost on a hill and seeing a drawing of it in a book.
Please help
