Girl falls off of a bridge due to being bullied by some guys with a knife. Unknowingly, she survives and returns several years later to kill the men she holds responsible. She is only stopped when a local cop, who looks like one of the guys shes after, fills in his activities and when she attempts to kill him, she is apprehended. I saw this one time on T.V. several years ago, and I have never been able to find out any information on it since. I’m sure it was a movie, not an episode. I thought I remembered something relating to “fallen angel” for the title, but I can’t find that anywhere matching this film.
