So, I’ve tried every search I can think of and had no luck.

Im trying to find the title of a movie (in color)from probably the late 90s to early 2000s.

What I remember is a girl goes to a bathroom (could’ve been a gas station bathroom) to change into clothes her parents wouldn’t let her wear.  Someone spies on her through a peep hole.  She’s later abducted and is tied/chained to a bed either semi clothed or naked.  May have been some torture, etc involved.

It’s not Black Snake Moan. It may have aired on HBO or Cinemax.
