I saw this movie in the late 90’s, early 2000’s. It was in English, on TV, fully colored. I can’t remember the plot of the movie, except for the setting, which was medieval, fantasy.

The aspect I remember the best was the villain. He was chasing the main character and had 1 eye. The other eye he lost in a fight/battle, after which it was eaten by a bird (hawk, eagle, raven). After that incident he gained the ability to see through the bird’s eyes, using it as a scout.

I believe it ended with a chandelier falling on top of him. Any ideas?
