this movie I saw a few years ago had an actress (I can’t remember who) who was youngish and I think someone died and she had to look after the kids (possibly her siblings) but can’t remember, and then she lives in an apartment and has trouble lookin after the kids and drops them off at the neighbours all the time in the apartment block. and then like the older one is grounded or something and then she sneaks out and the main actress and her boyfriend look for her

it was a colour movie

kind of a comedy family movie

i think the boyfriend had something to do with the school the kids went to as well

oh and he kids were like gonna be taken from the main actress by like another sibling or something
