Hello ,

I saw a black and white movie on TV that was made in the 50’s or 60’s where the couple were much older, in their 60’s I believe, and the lady was pregnant. Everyone was dressed up, she wore a hat maybe fur trimmed and the couple were in a cab or a luxury type car. They were on the way to the hospital but got stuck in traffic in a tunnel or on a bridge so she delivered the baby in the back seat. Someone said to wrap the baby in fresh unread newspaper and the older dad, a very famous character actor ran around in the tunnel getting the newspaper. A young doctor helped deliver the baby. It was a comedy.

I cannot remember the name and was too young to see it in the theatres.
