A dilapidated indoor public swimming pool somewhere in the former Soviet Union/Balkans/Romania/Ukraine???, full of weird characters that come use the pool. As I recall the characters don’t talk, they just vocalize/make odd sounds. Foreign film. Color. Very arty, somewhat dark. Love, love, love this movie!
