It’s an old movie or tv episode, I think released in the 90s, most probably english language.

The scene has a very muscular woman, nude, working out with a heavy piece of pipe. This takes places right outside an abandoned building (possibly a warehouse or factory) is a desert like scenery. We see the building from afar and the camera closes in to the woman.

I believe that at some point after this scene a car in seen approaching in the distance.
