Crime scene investigation

The scene: A cop has been murdered and there is I think a “two man team” investigating it. They are going through the dead cops apartment accompanied by two other cops and I think finds the body and it’s gross… but then he sees the two cops stealing things from the dead cops house and he’s like that’s suspicious. Then it later comes out that the two cops were actually taking things to hide from his wife he was having an affair because it’s like a cop code to have their back when they die.
