All I remember is that its a drama where there was a child who got tied to a tree and had poo smeared on his forehead by another child or group of children then i think when he got home he got beaten by his parents for having poo on him? anyway i saw this on t.v mid 2000s i want to say, it was in english im sure and the tree-tying-poo-smearing happened a few times in the film like warring gangs catching eachother o think but they were only young kids. thanks for any help i only partially remember it because i was young and was more just in the room while my parents were watching it.
