This movie was an English-language film that was made in the mid-90s (I believe).  I have some fleeting memories of it, but I believe that it centered around a guy whose life was falling apart around him.

One of the catalysts for this was that he coaxed his wife into having sex with a lady from his company (I believe a secretary) and then the wife became a full-blown lesbian that wouldn’t have sex with him.  Two of the scenes I distinctly remember are one where he wanted to ask the secretary something and he walks into his bedroom.  As he does, you see the wife in bed with the sheets pulled up to her chin and she is writhing in ecstasy.  He asks the wife if she knew where the secretary was and she pulls back the sheet to reveal that the secretary was “downtown” on the wife.

Later in the movie, the scene is repeated except that you see the secretary with the sheets pulled up to her chin and pulling back the sheet reveals the wife “downtown”.

I wish I could remember more of the movie plot, but perhaps this is enough for someone to remember what the title of this movie is!
