This movie was in color, mid 1980s, B movie straight to video. The only scene I remember was a dark haired girl strapped to a table. A group of people stand around her. Satan walks into the room. He is tall, pale white, slicked back black hair, wearing black leather or vinyl pants and where his mouth should be are tatters of ragged flesh.
