It was in the late 80’s or early 90’s when it came out. I remember watching this on the tv at my grandma’s.
I remember a lady backing over a boy’s bike and she offers to pay him to fix it and he wouldn’t take the money, she ends up taking him home and he talks her into staying, something was wrong with the grandma upstairs, he ends up trapping his tv in the sister. The boys family is afraid of him and powers he has.
