I remember this movie or show I watched when I stayed the night at my aunts one night. It was around the time the second Harry Potter movie came out on demand and DVD. The movie/show itself looked to be a movie from the 90s and late 80s. It was about the main characters horror villains from his/her book or comic book (can’t remember if the main character was a male or female and I can’t remember if it was a book or comic) and when the villains come to life they kill people like they did in there books. On of the villains was a man who would murder women to scalp them I believe. He was bald guy that wore a long black trench coat. I remember this scene clearly because it scared the crap out of me, he chased a red headed woman into a bathroom and pinned her down and scalped her alive and then the next morning showed up at a bus stop and met the author and asked if they liked his hair. The other villain was a human like creature that walked on all fours and moved extremely fast. I don’t remember much about it. Please help me! It’s been bugging me for weeks!
