I Don't Know the Name... (unsolved movies)

I watched this Asian film on a badly scratched VCD. I remember very little of it.

– This scene has been bugging me for a long while. I remember it so vividly and it is such a specific scene.

  • A woman in a short tight dress walks and a black man stares at her. Then he says something. It’s like arguing. She enters a house. Another man enters the house and starts kissing her. There is an old woman in that house. I think she pretends to be deaf or blind. Maybe I’m wrong. While they kiss each other wildly, old woman tunes the radio. It’s like she pretends she doesn’t see them or ignores them.

– The following scenes are not in particular order.

  • A man and a woman kiss on a beach. The woman is in a bikini.
  • In a romantic bedroom with candles, a man and a woman kiss passionately. He grabs ice cubes. He runs them slowly and sensually over her lips.
  • Men at construction site. – I think I saw a construction site. But I’m not sure. It just came to my mind. Maybe it’s from another movie? Sorry about that.

Any and all help figuring this film’s title out is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I remember only one scene.

There are two men. I think they are brothers. Or just friends? I’m not sure about that. However they know each other so well. And there are baby birds. I don’t exactly remember how they got them. One man spends time looking at baby birds with beginning feathers. He even sleeps naked beside them. Other man finds him sleeping naked.

That’s all I can remember. I know it’s so weird. It is sitting in the back of my head. If you can think of any movie with a scene like that, please let me know. Even if it’s just vaguely similar, I’ll still check it out and something might spark a memory. Thank you.

I think I watched this movie before 2009. I don’t remember exactly. I saw it on TV and it was in color.  I cannot remember any of the actors or actresses in it. The scenes (not in particular order) that I remember from this movie as follows.

  • A chinese girl (asian girl?) moves to a new city.
  • She dresses like a boy when she goes to school.
  • Students think she’s a boy.
  • She has short black hair.
  • She does a part-time job.
  • I remember she was cleaning or adding water to a small tank. (Something like this: https://i.imgur.com/JPhmqxA.jpg)
  • She gets her period while on the job and we can see blood on her leg.
    She wears a cute dress when she goes out.
  • Then other students discover she isn’t a boy, but a girl.
  • I also remember this boy who likes her.
  • But they can’t be together because someone has to leave for some reason.

Please help me find it. My friend and I’ve been searching for months but I just can’t remember the name.
