From the late 80s/early 90s, this is an Asian (Japanese?) T&A film that I believe was on Cinemax After Dark. Only scenes I really recall are:

A bunch of rich riding couples are at a big horse ranch and they stop to watch a mare being bred to a stud. One couple gets turned on and steals off to an empty barn to get it on. I remember they are still wearing their riding helmets.

In another scene, one of the main characters is paralyzed from the waist down. At one point I believe seduces one of the local women or maids, using only his tongue and baton he cleans by spitting alcohol on.
