This may actually have been a TV show, I’m not certain. It would have been sometime in the early to mid 80s. All that i can remember is a guy in freaky, almost stempunk suit being hauled up from underground, except the suit was filled with sand. Sorry for the sparse description, but that’s all I can recall.
