plesse help. This is driving me crazy. I don’t have many details of the movies so it’s been tough.

Theres a car accident. Now I’m not sure if the wife or husband are in a coma. The wife is suspicious that the husband is not her real husband.

at the end of the movie, the wife pulls a body from water and it’s her real husband. I think she was being chased by the imposter hubby. It was a real twist that you don’t see coming.

It was out in the late 80’s or 90’s.
