I swear it was called Taggers,it was definitely a movie I remember at the end of the movie the young woman tearing the microchip out of her arm,I think she was wearing an orange jumpsuit and she had the sleeves and the cuffs of the jumpsuit rolled up. I think it came out in the early to mid 1990s.
