A french speaking horror movie, HELP!

Help! I remember this movie. I think I may have seen it around year 2000-ish. Its a color movie, french language (*I believe it was* Gah its killin’ me to not remember this!)  So, the movie is about a small group of young-ish, 20-something year old guys and gals. They are on the lamb from the police, I cannot remember why. They all get in cars and flee to this run down bed and breakfast, run by this weird family. One by one, they are murdered there. The family are like, freaky pig farmers, or something. In the end, they keep one of the main characters, a female. (they already killed her friends and her boyfriend,  I believe). She has long dark hair. They put her in this really girlie bedroom, dress her in a frilly, white dress, and theres this kinda long-ish scene of them cutting her hair off. Like, boy-short. They have her at a vanity. Shes chained so she cannot leave the room. I remember she gets away, and shes running away in that white dress, all bloody and frantic.

It may have been a lionsgate type film, I had seen the preview for it on another movie I like, Called High Tension. However, when I bought a newer copy recently of High Tension, the preview wasnt on it, so maybe this memory is false. It has been bugging me for YEARS to not be able to recall the name, as I loved the movie and havent been able to watch it again! PLEASE HELP!!!

  1. Titled Frontiers in the U.S. and part of the same New French Extreme horror wave as High Tension and Inside. It was actually distributed and promoted by Lionsgate as one of the films in their first After Dark Horrorfest.
