A horror/suspense movie released in mid 90s.Two brothers family was murdered when they were children.The younger brother was present but all he remembers is a circle of light on wall.They finally realize he was victim of a pedophile that made him hold light while he murdered family.
Maybe “Mysterious Skin?” I don’t remember any murder, though, but there is plenty of violence that a child is forced to “help” with. There are also suppressed memories, a memory of a light, and two boys who hang out together. They aren’t brothers, though.
