I remember this scene from the late 90’s on TV while flicking through the channels. I had cut in at a part where these thugs grab this guy and drag him into a room before a small gangster in a wheelchair. The gangster boss was a midget or something and had this weird pump and tubes coming out from his chair, and he didn’t like this guy. The guy tried to plead with him, but the gangster had the goons uncover a pump filled with this gross vomit looking stuff in a tank connected to the hoses on his wheel chair. The camera pans to the guys face in shock and terror, and he pleads and pleads, and the gangster I think laughs cruelly, and then the camera pans to outside the room I think. It inferred that the guy was forced to drink that stuff. To this day I have no clue what in the world that scene was from…
