Trying to find the name os a movie from the 80’s or early 90’s but pretty sure it was in the eighties.
Basically, what I remember is the world had no laws some kind of rebellion or maybe just chaos everywhere but I remember an asian boy in the movie (this is an American movie) who is good at planting bombs and booby traps.
