dont have a lot to go on, but here’s what I have:  80’s or 90’s era horror flick, I remember a bunch of teens being at a large house at a lake.  Mean girl acts like a jerk to another girl, they are in a row boat on the lake and the girl they were being mean to falls into the lake and drowns.  Teens all panic and the dead girl comes back and wreaks havoc on the mean kids in the house.  I recall one scene where dead girl turns into a monster in the house.  It was in English and in color.
