I watched this movie on tv in the 70s but I could tell it was from the 60s. It was based on the Pied Piper story but, the guy played guitar instead. The movie was dubbed in English. There was a scene where different rock bands played . The songs were American style mod rock but in Italian or maybe Spanish .
