i remember seeing a movie, must be at least 30 – 40 years ago. the one haunting scene was a man in a striped suit, like that of a prisoner or holocaust victim. he appears to be insane, as he is oiling the wheels of a baby carriage as a woman crosses the street with a baby carriage. she pulls away from him while he is doing this. i’m not sure, but maybe this movie has something to do with the sterilization program the nazis were performing. this is driving me nuts. thanks
