Live-Action movie about orphans/servants, who work in a large household for this evil lady. The lady hates this one girl in particular (I think she locks her in a wardrobe at one point?). The girl eventually escapes through a window with the help of all the others, and the movie ends with the lady chasing the girl down train tracks. I’m pretty sure that it’s a musical, and that someone wears a yellow dress. I must’ve watched it around 2006-2007, but I could be wrong. Was on a CD (I think).
