So yea, as the title says, the movie is a mid to late 90s Sci-Fi film. In the scene a group of guys gets attack (they’re the bad guys in the film) and one of their teammates gets killed. They then take his head back to their leader and plug it up to some machine, that allows their leader to interrogate him about what happened… The guy with his head chopped off begs them to keep his lead alive but they don’t and unplug him… I could have a bit of that wrong, because my memory is pretty vague when it comes to the film, but that’s as much as I can remember. I’m pretty sure this was close to the opening of the film. Thanks!
