So the film was in color, and it was about this young boy who moves into a castle with his parents and meets this little girl who lives there. The catch is he is the only one who can see her. I think she might have been a witch (but ghost is also a possibility). She was all alone, and there is a scene where both of them go rollerskating (something she had never done before) and so hers were attached to his. At the end of the movie the little girls mother comes back for her, and forgives her (for maybe being a terrible witch?? that part is a little foggy).
