I watched this movie probably between 1999-2002. Couldve been from the 80s to 2000 that this movie was made. It has two boys and a girl in it who were in a canoe/boat andnthey were on a river or some kind of swaml and they find this mansion in the woods or swamp, etc. There is a witch in the house with two men with her, and I remember them sneaking into the house, maybe up in the rafters and eavesdrop on the witch. They end up defeating the witch somehow and the ending is them rowing out of this swamp/island, whatever. I remember the girl had black/brown hair, there could have been more boys too. Help me please!!!

I was also looking for what I think is the same movie you are. Your movie sounds like The River Pirates AKA Good Old Boy: A Delta Boyhood (1988).
