I remember a long time ago, I came into the living room and saw my dad watching a movie that scarred me for life. The movie was not in english, but had english subtitles. There was a scene where a boy was sitting on a chair, and he had his arms and legs cut off, he was saying, “kill me now.”

The movie’s plot went something like- the other gave birth to twins, but one twin had a thirst for blood. The parents started feeding the other brother to the one that wanted the flesh. If someone could help me find this movie, that would be amazing.
