Alright ive been trying to figure out the title of this movie for forever. I know that I saw it during the late 90’s early 00’s and at the end of the movie a woman/squid thing lights her self on fire. The main guy gets I wanna say gills on the side of his body and then they fall into what looks like a fountain/ well and swim in this huge underwater place. It’s super weird and all I can remember is the ending and a lot of rain and what I wanna say is creepy fish people. I know I watch it on tv with my mom and we both can’t remember the name. Please help!!!!
