… raised by wolves or dogs

it was this weird VHS movie i think it might of been 80s or 90s but it was about this brother and sister who were either cavemen or raised by wolves or dogs. I don’t think there was a lot of talking. It was in color. And they were trying to get somewhere or maybe got lost but they looked like twins brown hair and in lone cloth type clothing. In the end they had to defeat this creepy monster thing I can’t remember what it looked like I just know that it was kind of a scary movie for a kid movie and I remember the VHS case being blue. I’m sorry there’s not a a lot of information, i can’t for the life of me remember what it was. Oh also the VHS came in the smaller box (not the big one most kid movies or Disney movies come in)
