This movie was probably from the 90s, I’m having a really hard time remembering. All I can recall is that there was this guy and this woman tying to escape something.. Maybe like a takeover of the world or Something? And meanwhile there is this white gooy stuff growing all over the city. Maybe the guy was a cop? Help!!
